FISHING VILLAGE TOUR
GypsySeaAdventures invites you to discover the captivating and rugged coastline of our fishing village tour. Our active fishery, icebergs, and whales provide a backdrop unlike any other, making for a unique and unforgettable experience. You will have the opportunity to view sea life up close, witness fishing boats in action and cruise along various geologically captivating site's. Watch eagles soar through the skies in the distance, creating an awe-inspiring atmosphere for all those who visit.
What it includes: This tour gives you the option to depart in the morning or mid-afternoon from either Clarenville or Hickman’s Harbour. Bring your own snacks or a Gypsy picnic can be added for $25 per person.
How many people can it accommodate: up to 12 guests.
Cost: $169 per person (plus tax and fees).
RESETTLEMENT TOUR
GypsySeaAdventures offers a unique resettlement tour experience that will take you on a journey through Newfoundland’s rich history and folklore. Our walking-tour through Deer Harbour and Ireland’s Eye will guide you through the remnants of old fishing villages and graveyards where you can delve into the stories of the past. You will have the opportunity to observe Newfoundland’s sealife and see puffins up close while cruising along a historic lighthouse. Our tours are designed to immerse you in the local culture and history that has shaped Newfoundland into the place it is today. Our captain is knowledgeable and passionate about storytelling, and we make it our mission to ensure our resettlement tours provide a unique and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
What it includes: This full day tour will depart from Hickman’s Harbour, Random Island. You will explore such destinations as Deer Harbour, Irelands Eye, Popes Harbour, British Harbour, Thoroughfare, and Random Head Lighthouse. Bring your own snacks or a Gypsy picnic can be added for $25 per person.
